How fast can you incorporate my company?

What information do you need to get started?
Proposed company name, registered office, director/shareholder details, share allocation, articles preference and contact details. We’ll also complete quick KYC/AML checks (photo ID and proof of address).
Do package prices include government fees?
No. Package prices exclude Companies House and other government fees. We’ll confirm any payable official charges before we submit filings.
Can you help me choose a company name?
Yes—free name checks are included. We’ll flag sensitive words or restricted terms and suggest alternatives if a name isn’t available.
What is the Director Service Address?
It’s a privacy address for each director on the public record. Your real home details remain confidential while official correspondence is routed through us.
How does mail forwarding/scanning work?

What is the CS01 and when is it due?
The confirmation statement (CS01) verifies company details annually. We send reminders ahead of deadlines and can prepare/file it on request (government fee applies).
Can non-UK residents be directors/shareholders?
Yes—UK residency isn’t required. We’ll confirm what documents we need during onboarding.
I already have a company—can I use your addresses?
Absolutely. We can switch your Registered Office and Director Service Address to us and start handling official mail immediately.
Can I upgrade my package later?
Yes—upgrade from Basic to Standard or Premium anytime. We’ll pro-rate the remaining term so you only pay the difference.
